SAP EWM: Phy.Inv on finding missing HU in Warehouse

@SCM-Cloudbook

Business Scenario:

In a scenario where an HU is mistakenly marked as non-existing during physical inventory, there is still hope for resolution. Even if the difference is cleared from the difference analyzer, it is possible for someone in the warehouse to discover that the HU was actually present all along. In such a case, the missing HU can be easily reintegrated into the system.

To begin, initiate an inventory in any of the empty bins available. For instance, let’s consider 0030.001.04 as our designated bin for this test case. Now, using transaction code /SCWM/PI_DOC_CREATE, create an inventory document to formally acknowledge and reconcile the presence of the previously missing HU.

By following these steps and taking proactive measures, any errors or discrepancies can be addressed promptly and effectively in your inventory management system.
